All accounts are considered “past due” after the first day of the month. After a small grace window of non payment, users will be redirected to this area of the website.

If you are seeing this page while trying to browse the internet, your service has most likely been interrupted due to lack of payment. We had to implement this feature into our systems as the number of past due accounts have made it increasingly difficult to maintain a normal business practice.

To restore your service:

• Simply use the online store to pay your balance via credit/debit card or paypal.
• Once the transaction is complete your account will be scheduled for reactivation.
• Please note that it may take up to 1 hour before service has been fully restored.
