Internet Service Update 4/16/19

Hello everyone, hope all is well…

I just wanted to update everyone regarding changes to our local internet service…

As some of you may already know, we have sold the wireless portion of and will be helping transition our customers over to their billing system and network over the next few weeks.

Starting in May 2019, Rural Wireless Network (RWN) will be merging all internet accounts and providing wireless to all existing customers on our network.

For the most part, everything will remain as it’s always been, with the exception of payments, which will be made to RWN instead of

We will continue to run the business as normal for RWN for the near future to make sure of a smooth transition for everyone. If anyone has any questions feel free to give us a call or email.

Below are a few things to note with the transition:

Over the next few days, you will receive a welcome email from RWN with your account login and password. Please be sure to click the link provided and change your password asap.

Service Plans:

All service plans will be setup exactly as they are currently with us. For example, a customer with a $49.95 plan will continue to have the same plan in the future with RWN.

Check and Cash Payments:

Please make all future payments to Rural Wireless Network. If you normally pay with cash, please be sure to put it in an envelope with your account name on it. There is a drop box located at Odell’s Country Store in Liddieville and the Stop n Shop in Crowville to make payments. You may also mail your payments to the address provided by RWN on your new invoices.

Customers that have auto drafts set up with their bank will need to call and cancel the payment to us. Once you receive your new invoice from RWN you can set it up in their name and have it mailed to their address.

Please note we will no longer accept payments at my office.

Recurring Payments:

All recurring payments with will be cancelled before the next billing cycle. Customers that wish to have recurring payments continue will need to login to their new account at RWN and follow the simple directions to set it up. If anyone has any questions feel free to call or email us.

Any existing customer that has a credit on their account will have the credit transferred to your new RWN account. Again, if you have any questions dont hesitate to contact us.

Past Due Amounts:

Any customer with a past due amount on their existing account will also transition over to the new RWN account. Basically if you owed $99.95 and its past due, you will now pay this with your new RWN account.

Tower Location Owners:

RWN will adhere to any existing agreements between and the land owner. For instance, if we pay the land owner per month for the tower location or if you receive a credit for your internet services, everything will remain as it always has.

Finally, let me just say thanks to everyone that’s been a part of our internet service over the last 16 years. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think it would last as long as it has. Honestly I am pretty proud of what we were able to accomplish in such a rural area..

Thanks again to everyone and best wishes…
