Question: How much will it cost me?

Well, I have tried really hard to come up with plans that will work for everyone’s budget and surfing habits. Instead of charging different amounts for different speeds or charging for overages, our customers all receive the same speed and never pay any overage costs. Simply pick the amount of data you require per month.


Question: How fast is it? What are the limitations?

As stated above, our approach has always been to give everyone the same speeds regardless of the plan they choose. Why should a customers speed be slower just because they do not use as much data as the next person? This never made sense to me.

Currently, all customers receive 5Mbps for continuous usage, such as downloads or streaming. All customers have unrestricted access to the internet, as long as you stay within the data limitations of your monthly plan.


Question: What if I go over my data limits?

Well, first off remember, no one ever pays overages on our service. If a customer happens to go over their monthly data plan they shall be automatically placed into a “Metered Status“.

Once an account is flagged with this status, internet speeds will automatically be reduced for the remainder of the month.

Customers may check their data usage at any time by clicking on the “My Usage” link on our website. Please note that you must be connected to your home network for usage reports to generate.

Also note that monthly data limits reset on the 1st, the same day invoices are due.


Question: Are there any contracts to sign?

There are no contracts or gimmicks on our network. We provide the speeds we advertise and do everything possible to give our customers the absolute best service we can. Our motto has always been ” If you don’t like it, don’t pay for it. “


Question: What are the upfront costs?

This will depend on your location and what is involved in actually getting service to you. Customers near our towers with good line of sight can usually get connected for free. Customers that live around lots of trees or long distances away may require a more powerful radio. These can range from $89.95 to $129.95 depending on what is needed. Installation is always free.


Question: How do I pay for my service? What if I forget to pay?

On our service, invoices are generated and emailed on the 20th of the month and are due upon receipt. Payments are considered late after the 1st. We accept cash payments or checks via regular mail or customers may leave their payments in the drop box located at my office. We have also incorporated credit/debit card payments via my website. You may even set up recurring payments if you already have a paypal account. This makes paying your invoice simple and effortless.

Please note the updated policy for past due accounts. If a customer has a remaining balance on his/her account after the 1st of the month, they shall have a grace period of 10 days to make a payment or contact us for arrangements.

If payment has not been posted at this time the account will automatically be placed into a “Non Paying Status“.

Once this happens all internet activities will be restricted until payment has been posted to your account. This is a global rule for all customers.
